Customer Service Executive

My Client is redefining home interiors with our innovative and design-forward approach to furniture. We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Assistant to join our growing Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the front-line digital interface with customers via email and telephone.
• Managing digital customer interactions for all communication channels via Gorgias.
• Managing sales leads and providing expert product knowledge to convert sales.
• Managing all post-purchase support and answering "where is my order" queries.
• Assisting with assembly and product fault queries for delivered sofas.
• Assisting with the sale and management of Ex Display and Clearance stock.
• Speaking to all potential cancelation and return customers.
