About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced team, where you’ll handle incoming enquiries from customers, provide product advice, and convert calls into confirmed sales. No cold calling—just great conversations and great service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with promotions
• Provide a friendly, professional customer experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (inbound or face-to-face)
• Confident communicator with a helpful and proactive attitude
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Target-driven with a customer-first approach
• Strong attention to detail and good IT skills
