Job Description - Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a range of clients maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for all clients, managing relationships with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Producing and progressing orders.

  • Respond to and resolve client queries, escalating issues when appropriate.

  • Maintain a professional and organised approach to all tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Experience in a similar client-facing or administrative role is advantageous.
