Job Description - Customer Service Executive

JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading business in Elland as they look to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This role requires the day-to-day management of client support and query management. You will be required to liaise with clients’ suppliers promptly and effectively, ensuring smooth service delivery in accordance with our SLA’s.

My client is looking for someone who can build relationships with new and existing customers and is able to deal with colleagues at all levels of seniority within the business. The office hours will be Monday 8:15-17:00, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:00.

Duties

· Responsible for maintaining credit control processes

· Follow out the correct credit checks, pre-emptive debt review and overdue debt

· Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via tickets, phone and email promptly and professionally in accordance with our SLA

· Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve service-related matters.

· Communicate with the New Business and External Sales team with service issues for their client.

· Morning Portal checks to manage failed services

· Ensure all skip exchanges are responded to and book in with in SLA

· Ensure all billing is completed weekly for exchanges

· Monthly waste reports to issued to clients within SLA

· Ensure all trackers are kept up to date

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ticket records in the CRM system.

· Generate reports on customer interactions and service performance as required.

Salary: £25,000-£27,000
