This role would suit capable and organised Customer Service Executive who is happy working in a team environment and contributing to the overall success of the business

- Managing incoming calls from both domestic and commercial clients

- Managing requests for service/maintenance/breakdown support and seeing through to completion

- Handling incoming calls from clients and establishing their requirements

- Providing information and guidance to clients on full services provided

- Allocating jobs to be completed to team of field based Engineers

- Arranging and sourcing parts required for work to be completed and placing orders with suppliers
