The Role

As a Customer Sales Executive, you’ll support customers throughout their buying journey – from first enquiry to post-sale follow-up. You’ll be expected to deliver outstanding service, advise customers on the most suitable parts and products, and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising customers on appropriate parts and products
• Providing professional support via phone, email, and CRM systems
• Managing quotes, backorders, and inventory coordination
• Recording accurate customer data in the CRM system
• Continuously developing product knowledge to support sales performance

About You

• Previous experience in customer service is essential
• A genuine interest in classic cars is highly desirable
• Experience in the motor trade or hands-on automotive knowledge is beneficial
• Confident using CRM platforms and standard office software
• Aligned with the company’s values of professionalism, passion, and progress
• Knowledge of a second language – particularly German – is a plus
