Customer Service Executive – (New starters Team) – Tunbridge Wells - up to £25,000

TN Recruits are excited to be working on this excellent entry level opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join their client’s highly successful, active and friendly team, providing the highest standard of Customer Service and Experience for its Customers.

You will be communicating with contractor clients, colleagues and recruitment agencies, assessing their requirements and being the first point of contact for client enquires. You will be onboarding new contractors, completing online forms and dealing with a high volume of incoming calls.

You will ideally have some experience dealing with customer telephone enquiries. The key requirements are that you are confident in speaking with customers and contractors, that you have a passion and drive to provide outstanding customer service and that you have an enthusiastic, professional and positive approach.

Full training will be provided!

Salary: up to £25,000
Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM / 9:00AM-6:00PM (Rotates weekly)
Location: Tunbridge Wells
