Job Description - Customer Service Executive

Are you friendly individual with great administrative skills who is looking for an exciting new role as a Customer Service Executive? Then this could be the perfect role for you!

Our client is a very successful company based in Wokingham and they are looking for a great Customer Service Executive to come and join the team. This role is a great position for someone who is good at administration, coordination and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all of the administrative duties for the team and will need great relationship building skills! This role could also suit a great graduate who is looking to progress.

The role is working 8:30-5pm Monday – Friday and the role is office-based. The office is based in Wokingham and offers a salary is up to £28,000 with fantastic benefits including a discretionary 12% annual bonus!

What will I be doing in the Customer Service Executive role?

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Stakeholders
  • Processing data match requests and results
  • Using various software, this includes Microsoft Office & bespoke supplier tools
  • Resolving supplier compliance queries
  • Compliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the Installers
  • Handling customer queries and providing settlement statements
  • Compliance checking and completion
  • Submission of all jobs from the previous month and submitting by their deadline
  • Liaising with the Finance team to resolve queries
  • Updating internal management reports.
  • Providing data for audits
