Customer Service Executive

Location: Colchester (Office Based) Salary: £25,000 per annum Full-Time | Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:

· Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

· Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.

· Handling enquiries via phone and email.

· Managing administration and keeping property records up to date.

· Supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio.

· Learning all aspects of residential property management from experienced professionals.

We're looking for someone who:

· Has experience in sales, customer service or an office-based role.

· Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Enjoys working with people and solving problems.

· Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

· Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

· Is motivated to learn and develop a career within the property industry.
