Do you have experience in the electrical wholesales industry?

We are recruiting for a customer service advisor for our client in the Manchester area.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

• Exceed customers’ expectations and keep customer service standards maintained
• Handle inbound telephone calls and e-mails from customers
• Support all aspects of the customer journey from product queries, advice and aftersales care
• Take ownership of any general issues, finding suitable solutions for customers
• Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication
• Build a strong relationship with the team and customers.

The ideal candidate will have

• Great spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to build a rapport with people quickly and effectively
• A professional and pro-active attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• The ability to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably
• Confident, resilient and assertive decision-making skills
• Great MS Office skills
• Customer Service experience
• Experience in an electrical wholesale business is essential
Hours of work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary depending on experience £30-36k plus bonus
