Job Description - Customer Service Executive

We are a fast growing Facilities Management company based in South East London, looking for a new member to our team.
The right candidate should have extensive knowledge of customer service, obtained through practical experience using established IT and telephony systems.
Role Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls / monitor and respond to emails for the business
Liaise with engineers in the field to book jobs
Liaise with clients and tenants
Job Flow Management
Liaise with third party companies and partners
Previous experience of customer service, data and call handling.
Personal Qualities and Attributes
Understanding of the value of customer service to an organisation.
Very good oral and written skills, which facilitate effective communication with external clients, suppliers and peers.
Enjoys a fast-paced environment and to be able to adapt to changes.
Ability to work on own without supervision.
To be able to work to daily set deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail is important.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Supportive attitude and a willingness to share knowledge
Excellent Multi-Tasking
Well organised and proactive
Understands the meaning of job ownership
Experience using Big Change Job allocation software would be beneficial
