Additional Information:
Minimum 6 months CS exp, preferably from busy call centre and dealt with customers over the phone. Open to all industries.
Must be computer literate. Will be using 2-3 systems SAP / Edge / Case Management

About the function
The IOI Customer Service Centre is a Centre Of Excellence within client and ensures our customers receive a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Services team, based in NI provide an inbound and outbound customer service to all client Ireland Customers.

About the role
The role of a Customer Services Executive supports the On-Trade, Take Home Trade & Route To Market total beverage alcohol proposition and Consumer Care in GB and Ireland.
ensure every Customer/Consumer receives excellent customer service and supplies significantly to ensuring client maintains its position as supplier of choice.
build brilliant Customer/Consumer relationships that maximise the value created in every Customer/Consumer interaction.
personal ownership of all Customer/Consumer queries & issues and act as first point of escalation for resolution of Customer Queries.
build great business partnerships with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Quality colleagues.

What you will bring
GCSE / O Levels (inc. Maths & English) or equivalent qualification
least 6 months Customer Service Experience in a busy customer service role
of SAP and SalesForce/CRM tools is a significant advantage
