Job Description - Customer Service Executive
A leading online retailer is expanding and seeking two Customer Service Executives to join their team. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy working collaboratively, and are eager to become an expert in a diverse product range, they want to hear from you!
The Customer Service Executive Role:
Respond to customer queries via email, telephone, and occasionally face-to-face.
Accurately process website orders using our online portal.
Manage bespoke fabric orders, acting as the primary point of contact and keeping customers updated throughout the testing and manufacturing process.
Oversee the customer returns process, including product inspections, completing related administrative tasks, and maintaining customer communication.
Assist with processing sample requests when required, including collating and packaging items for postal dispatch.
Working Hours:
Monday to Tuesday: 8 am - 5:30 pm
Wednesday to Thursday: 9 am - 5:30 pm
Friday: 9 am - 3:30 pm
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Exceptional spelling, grammar, and literacy skills, with a strong emphasis on written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
