Their offerings include personal and business finance solutions, with an emphasis on delivering personalized service and expertise.About the Job You will join the Deposits Team and report to the Customer Service Assistant Manager, working though the life cycle of all customer types; personal, business, ISA and charities.Offering exceptional service whilst living company values.Responsible for day to day administration of the deposit base of the Bank which includes:On boarding new customers by setting up the customer and account records ensuring initial and ongoing Due Diligence is carried outTaking of new deposits both fixed and notice accounts, rollovers and repaymentsBereavement servicesKeeping customers records up to date at all timesProvide an excellent level of customer service across all of our channels; Phone, Email, Secure Message & Letter writingThis is a hybrid role working 8 hours between 8 – 6, Mon-Fri. There may be occasional Saturday work required depending on business needs and in such an event a weekday is given back.Candidate Requirements The ability to multitask, working on one work stream whilst also servicing customers via one of the Bank’s contact channels.Demonstrate sound understanding of the Bank’s products and services; articulating these to customers in an engaging and confident mannerInputting of daily transactions into the banking systemPreparing and inputting daily transfers and paymentsAd hoc work as required, both in relation to the duties mentioned above and otherwiseBenefits26 Days Holiday2 Well being daysContributory PensionLife Insurance / Income Protection / Critical Illness coverPrivate Medical InsuranceSeason Ticket LoansExcellent career development opportunities and where appropriate sponsorship of a relevant qualification
