Customer Service Executive

Shepperton

8.30am - 5pm - Office Based

£20,000 - £22,000 Depending on Experience

Our client based in Shepperton are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their fast paced, friendly team on a full time basis.

You will primarily focus on providing support and guidance to their customers by being the front-line contact.

Your role will include answering and making calls as well as a large volume of inbound and outbound emails to both customers and suppliers. The aim will be to efficiently deal with any queries or challenges by offering solutions and following through to customer satisfaction.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Dealing with day-to-day client queries in a timely manner
  • Contacting and liaising with suppliers
  • Completing tasks within set deadlines
  • Admin such as filing and uploading of documents to Portal

Ideally the chosen candidate would have:

  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organisational, time keeping and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible, with good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge level of MS Excel and the rest of the MS Office Suite
