CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - PRESTON - MONDAY-FRIDAY - TEMP - START ASAP - MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Your new company
You'll be working for a large public sector organisation with offices based in Preston and surrounding areas, who provide services across the Lancashire area. The company is searching for a professional Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. This role will involve directly managing and supporting a team of up to 15 customer service advisors. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
This is a widely varied position that requires support in different areas of the business. As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Using a variety of different in-house systems to keep records of all conversations.To be successful in securing this position, you should have strong customer service skills, an exceptional telephone manner, excellent in Microsoft packages, including excel and a great desire to help others. Previous customer service managerial experience in an office-based setting is required.
You will receive weekly pay at an hourly rate from £14.This role is a temporary position for a period of 3 months initially. There will be an opportunity for this to be extended or even made permanent dependent on performance and business needs. The role is predominately office based. However, there may be an opportunity to work 1–2 days from home, following completion of training.
