German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Essex - £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for a talented and fluent German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's office-based team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking partners, providing exceptional service and supporting the expansion of their European market presence.

Main Duties:

• Communicating with customers in German and English via phone and email
• Managing enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, stock, and invoicing
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service
• Building long-term relationships with customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Logging interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system
• Supporting the German sales team with marketing and logistics

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
• Experience in a customer support or client-facing role
• A team player with a customer-first attitude
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• CRM/order processing experience is advantageous
