Food Manufacturing Company is seeking for Customer Service & Import Support Staff

International & luxurious Food Manufacturing
Location: London, on-site, Ealing Broadway area
Title: Customer Service & Import Support Staff
Salary: GBP30K -

Responsibilities:
1. Telephone support
2. Enter and modify Sales Order
3. Issuance of Invoice/Credit note
4. A/P invoice input
5. Ordering assistance
6. Obtain import customs clearance documents and share with other parties
7. Check whether the product can be imported
8. Customer list management
9. SOA issue and shipping
10. Follow up on work when colleagues are on vacation
Requirements:
1. Fluent English
2. Sakes Admin experience is essential
3. High level of Excel skills
4. Import experience is advantage
