Customer Service Lead From £29,200pa Hybrid/Kings Hill, Kent
LASER Energy are looking for a dedicated individual with a customer-focused mindset to join their fast-paced team.
The Customer Service Lead will be accountable for building, managing and maintaining corporate customer relationships at a strategic level. Using excellent communication and relationship building skills, the successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of their customers’ requirements to deliver a first class customer experience whilst supporting the growth of the Energy Division.

Key duties - Build and maintain solid working relationships with suppliers, working with suppliers and exploring all possible solutions to obtain the best outcome for the customer Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to proactively highlight and identify service improvement opportunities for each customer sector to help grow our service offering Understand your customer’s requirements and actively manage customer expectations whilst being proficient with the service deliverables for each of your customers in accordance with the customers SLA Carry out service calls and face to face meetings in line with the communication strategy for your customers Ensure all customers communications are logged in CRM system closely monitored through to resolution
What we need from you - Strong experience of managing, building and maintaining customer relationships at operational and strategic level Experience of increasing customer satisfaction and delivering against a Customer Service Level Agreement Confident in coaching and supporting development of team members Experience in recognising risks and opportunities when working with customers to retain and build a customer base A understanding of the Energy industry is desirable
