If you are an experienced Customer Service Manager with strong supervisory skills then this will be the perfect job for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing all aspects of the customer service administration function and supervising small team

- Providing hands-on, telephone and email responses to customer enquiries on a daily basis

- Ensuring the speedy resolution of any customer sales administration issues

- Ensuring team efficiently handle and process customer orders from instigation stage

- Overseeing the handling of major client account orders and delivery schedule

- Handling requests for telephone and email quotations and technical information
