My client is a dynamic, fixed-fee family law firm specialising in divorce, child care, domestic violence, prenuptial & postnuptial agreements, and cohabiting couple legal services.

They are looking for a British talented Customer Service Manager to join the team in Dubai (you must already be based in the UAE - visa sponsorship will be provided)

Customer Service Manager
Salary: ~20,000 AED/month
Location: Dubai
Key responsibilities:
? Handling client complaints and resolving issues (mainly related to legal services)
? Managing client reviews and feedback
? Ensuring top-tier customer service to maintain and enhance the firm's reputation
? Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to client satisfaction

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, empathetic, and able to turn client concerns into positive experiences while protecting and enhancing the firm's brand.
