We’re working exclusively with a rapidly growing, high-performing business to recruit an Engineering Service Manager to lead their Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PPM service desk and engineering teams
• Oversee performance, KPIs, and continuous service improvement
• Handle escalated customer issues and drive resolution
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in service/operations management, ideally within engineering or technical services
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing KPIs and budgets
• Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
