Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Customer Service Operations Manager

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Operations Manager. This leadership role is crucial for someone who thrives in improving service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of our client’s management team and will help develop & shape the direction of the customer services team. This role will suit an experienced team leader / team manager with experience within scheduling teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and mentor a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of service delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer service issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor operational processes and implement strategic improvements to enhance overall service quality.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that service delivery aligns with the company’s objectives and customer expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a leadership role within customer service or operations management.
  • Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in strategizing and improving service delivery processes.
