Customer Service Manager

We're hiring for a Customer Service Manager to join a small but growing team, in Bristol. Although this is a replacement role, it's due to the current CSM moving within the business, not leaving! They're offering a basic salary up of £35,000 - 40,000 per annum, and albeit an office-based role, there are no weekends and no shifts; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.

The role of Customer Service Manager involves:

• Dealing with complaints escalated by the team and retaining clients.
• Ensuring the retention levels is kept at a good standard.
• Working with the team to set individual achievement targets.
• Attending and booking regular team meetings and 1-1's.
• Making outbound calls to clients to resolve any issues.
• Taking ownership on the Supply Chain relationships.
• Owning any supply chain issues that may arise, working to resolve them.
• Being confident in making corrections with clients and the team.
• Having to work closely between the CS, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.

For the Customer Service Manager role, you need:

• Previous CSM experience, within an office environment, is essential for this role.
• Ability to deal with a high-volume of tickets and queries.
• Experience managing a high-performing team and implementing new ideas.
• A passion for Customer Service, and the drive to want to further develop a team.
