Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Location: On-site

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £0 – £40,000 gross annual commission incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Services Manager to take ownership of a center’s performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience. With the autonomy to manage operations as if it were your own business, you’ll face exciting challenges, drive success, and further develop your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all on-site operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively solve problems and maintain a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Conduct tours for prospective customers, highlighting the value of services offered.
  • Upsell to existing customers to enhance their experience and support revenue growth.
  • Foster a culture of customer advocacy, turning satisfied clients into ambassadors.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong commercial skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a small team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Passion for delivering world-class customer service and achieving success.
Desirable
  • Experience managing flexible workspace centers or similar environments.
  • Knowledge of emerging customer service methodologies.
  • Leadership experience including mentoring and developing team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales leadership.
  • No specific educational requirements.
