Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Our client is looking for a

Customer Service Manager

to join their well-established team in Tewksbury!
Hours:
5 shifts per week between Monday and Saturday
Salary:
£38,000 -£40,000 per annum
The role of a Customer Service Manager:
You will be responsible for driving our service levels and making recommendations based on data and experiences.
Monitor and control customer orders ensuring accuracy of deliveries, sales and invoicing.
Updating the customer database and pricing files.
You will conduct root cause analysis of any customer complaints or concerns to make improvements and prevent recurrence.
Skills required:
Previous experience within a professional Customer Service Manager or Team Leader role
Excellent planning and organisation skills
A great understanding of systems and IT
