Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Manager – Building Products (6-12 month cover)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 & full benefits

The role of the Customer Service & Sales Manager – Building Products will involve:

* Customer service & sales promoting a high quality range of building products

* This role is a temporary position for 6-12 months

* Your main responsibility will be to develop, mentor and manage a small internal based customer service team

* Deal with the key account customer base when issues arise

* Support backorders, demand and stock levels

* Liaise with internal customer service, marketing, supply team and transport teams

* Manage vendor performance

The ideal applicant will be an Customer Service & Sales Manager – Building Products with:

* Must have B2B customer service experience

* Must have people leadership / management

* Ideally from the construction sector however open for the right candidate for example FMCG

* IT proficient

* Proactive problem solver
