Customer Service Officer, Bath

REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be supporting a Bath based business in their search for a Customer Service Officer for their busy and thriving business.

Based in stunning offices in the centre of Bath, we are looking for driven and motivated individuals looking for a career in a progressive company.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 Saturday in 4 – 9am – 1pm)

£25,188 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS + 27 days holiday

100% office based

Typical duties include:

• Providing full customer service and administrative support to the customers

• Helping customers with their queries and resolving problems

• Being the first port of call for all customers via email, web chat, post and ‘phone

Ideally you will have:

• A proven track record in customer service

• Strong administrative skills

• Hospitality experience is welcomed

• To degree level or equivalent preferred
