We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Order to Cash Coordinator to join our team at our scenic Northamptonshire office. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract. The role serves as a key link between customers, sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders through to invoicing and payment resolution

The Role:

Serve as a primary point of contact for Vetoquinol’s direct customers, wholesalers, distributors, and internal commercial teams.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
Act as a local JDE Key User, supporting continuous business process improvement, system enhancements, testing activities, user adoption, and validation of new functionality.
Manage customer enquiries relating to product availability, order status, deliveries, invoices, returns and credits.
Internally collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.

Manage all aspects of the Order-to-Cash cycle, including customer creation, order processing, pricing, stock allocation, delivery tracking through to the resolution of billing/payment queries.
Support the supply of licensed veterinary medicines and animal health products in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
