Customer Service Planner - Billericay

As a key member of our team, you'll handle a high volume of calls and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. Your goal will be to ensure jobs are booked efficiently, meeting our Service Level Agreements without overpromising.You'll work behind the scenes, engaging with residents via phone and email, using our MSi system to allocate operatives and subcontractors. You'll also manage complex repairs and sensitive customer situations, helping to restore confidence and satisfaction.

We're seeking someone with:

• Strong administrative experience.
• Proven background in scheduling/planning, ideally in social housing or contractor repairs.
• Confidence in communicating with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and task durations.
• Ability to prioritise and sequence work effectively.
• Experience handling high call volumes and repair-related queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills and a passion for customer service.
