What’s the job?
Joining Hawco Group as a Customer Advisor and Assistant, within our busy Bodyshop department, you will provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
You will be a member of a knowledgeable, driven team that understands what you stand for.
This role would suit somebody with a fantastic eye for detail and who enjoys working to a process, with some technical understanding and previous experience in the automotive industry.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week.
Daily responsibilities include;
Responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs
Sell products, services and repair works in a professional manner
Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary
Answering customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood
Checking all documents for accurate completion, maintaining all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis
Producing invoices for completed work and able to explain the content to customers
Maintain effective liaison with parts, workshop teams and sales teams
Ensure compliance to all health and safety / environmental / company policies
Key attributes and skills you need;
Previous experience is desirable
Administration experience and the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and develop and maintain strong working relationships
Has an honest, respectful and diligent approach to work with a strong sense of integrity
Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
