Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our exisitng team for a period of 12 Months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service.

Location
The role will be based at our Head Office in Leicester.

Key Tasks
The key functions of this role include:
· Accurately taking and processing customer orders via telephone and email.
· Accurately processing customer orders via the website.
· Handling and processing of customer enquires via telephone and email.
· To support customer queries regarding pricing.
· Managing of back-order reports on a regular basis, ensuring customers are kept up to date.
· Accurately offer product alternatives.
· Dispatching of Sales Orders via the Sage system, ensuring orders are shipped complete where possible.
· Organisation of email inboxes, ensuring they are categorised & up to date.
· Investigate and correct disputed customer invoices.
· Creation and conversion of customer pro-formas.
· Maintain good communication between departments.

Your Experience and Skills
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
· Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
