Job Description - Customer Service Representative

We're seeking two dedicated Customer Service Representatives to assist with client enquiries and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, with a strong focus on maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

Description

The successful Customer Service Representative will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Secretarial & Business Support team to ensure consistency in client communication.
  • Document client interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
  • Provide feedback on customer service trends, potential issues, and client needs.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve customer service goals.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an office environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of around £27,000 - £29,000, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
