Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks and document control for customer orders. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth processing of complex orders by coordinating projects and liaising with our manufacturing, supply chain and logisitcs departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control documentation for customer orders.
• Handle administrative tasks related to order processing.
• Coordinate projects involving complex customer orders.
• Liaise with manufacturing and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Provide support to customers with inquiries and issues related to their orders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
