As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of delivering outstanding experiences for customers by providing timely assistance, accurate information, and genuine care in every interaction. Your day-to-day activities will involve handling enquiries via phone or digital channels, managing sensitive financial information responsibly, and collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you'll do:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression of yourself and the organisation.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across a wide range of products and services, delivering clear information with empathy and care.
• Ensure all customer service requests are managed efficiently in line with established service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Answer incoming telephone calls courteously and efficiently, transferring queries to relevant departments as needed for seamless resolution.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, demonstrating accountability in every aspect of your daily tasks.
• Safeguard sensitive customer information at all times by adhering strictly to relevant data protection legislation and company policies.
• Follow established complaints procedures with sensitivity, ensuring every concern is addressed respectfully and thoroughly.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to maintain smooth operations across the facility, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as required.
• Meet all training and development requirements associated with the role, actively participating in learning opportunities to enhance your skills.
