Customer Service Representative

TurnTime Transport LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in person, or social media to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collect and record customer feedback and information, and utilize that information to create strategies on improving customer service.
• Resolve and manage customer complaints in an effective and respectful way.
• Escalate customer queries to appropriate department or person if unable to resolve.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company, adhere to the company's policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma is a requirement. Higher degree in a relevant field will be appreciated.
• Previous experience in a customer support role with a proven track record of striving for excellence.
• Strong understanding of customer service practices.
• Proficient in using various CRM systems and practices. Knowledge of using MS Office Suite is a must.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and an ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
