What You’ll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact for our customers

Answer inbound calls and help solve customer queries

Book jobs quickly and accurately into our system

Keep customer records up to date

Work closely with different teams to get things done

Provide updates and keep customers informed

Escalate anything urgent when needed

What We’re Looking For

Great communication skills and a confident phone manner

Good organisation and attention to detail

Comfortable using computers and systems

Able to stay calm when things get busy

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

No CRM experience? No problem – full training is provided!

The Details

Based in Mansfield

Full-time role, including weekends

Work from home after training & probation

Company equipment provided
