Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in Watford for a Customer Service Representative (Sales Team). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team representing nationally recognised charities through face-to-face community outreach.

This isn't a call centre or office-based customer service role. Instead, you'll meet members of the public in local communities, busy shopping areas, and residential neighbourhoods, helping to raise awareness of important causes while providing a professional and engaging customer experience.

No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing nationally recognised charities through face-to-face community outreach

Speaking with members of the public in locations where people live, work, and shop

*

Raising awareness of charity campaigns, missions, and the difference they make

*

Building genuine relationships through positive, informative conversations

*

Helping supporters complete the registration process professionally and accurately

*

Working towards individual and team performance goals while delivering outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not essential

Earnings & Benefits

Earnings (£600 - £650 per week) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period)
