Customer Service Representative

Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work for a client of ours in Tring.

The Role: -

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide outstanding levels of service primarily by telephone and via email to all of their valued customers. Striving to deliver satisfactory resolution in a timely and efficient manner.

This role will be working in a call centre environment.

Responsibilities and requirements of the role: -

* Be confident in dealing with a high volume of calls and email and balance priority.

* Be able to listen and interpret the needs of the customer and respond accordingly, using own initiative to resolve in most circumstances.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of high-level customer service standards and the client’s brand.

* Work well in a team.

Shift/Hours: -

Monday to Friday day hours

Rate: -

£14.00 per hour
