Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Associate - (Fluent Dutch or German Speaking & Writing)
Location: London, UK
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

The Role
Taking, confirming, and inputting customer orders
Liaising with customers
Monitoring customers’ orders
Inputting & updating purchase orders/amendments.
Liaising with closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Technical departments
Ordering sample shipments to customers
Reviewing and control of stock levels
Requesting stock or inventory from warehouse
Sending price quotes to customer
Login opportunities & quotes on internal system
Product reports

Requirements
Fluent Dutch or German Speaking & Writing
Supply Chain knowledge and experience.
Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Navision)
Able to communicate effectively, employing tact and discretion and demonstrating a genuine desire to provide a good service.
