Purpose of Role

We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with our team to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively and efficiently.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
