We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join one of our prestigious clients in Bradford. Day to Day of the role:
- Handle inbound calls from the public, motor dealerships, repairers, and technicians
- Process all claims proactively, efficiently, and in accordance with company policy
- Keep consumers informed of the status of their contacts, ensuring clear communication and accurate recording of customer journeys
- Respond to enquiries received through various channels, adhering to company policy and product terms and conditions
- Escalate issues beyond the scope of the job description to the relevant manager immediately
- Maintain a consistent focus on consumer experience and outcomes
- Deal with queries from within the business and the wider group, providing a high level of service
- Capture contact data accurately for future insight and seamless customer journeys
- Display role model behaviours within the workplace and during work-related activities
- Adhere to all regulatory and business processes, such as FCA regulations and GDPR requirements
- Keep all assigned property in good working order and report any faults promptly
- Engage in department activities to drive future improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
