Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Providing solutions to customer issues and offering product recommendations
Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery
Building and maintaining customer relationships

Previous experience in processing orders and an office customer service roleIn return, our client offers an annual salary of £24,000 - £26,000, depending on experience, as well as great benefits including:

21 days holiday allowance (plus bank holidays), increasing with service
