Our client is a leading science-based agtech company seeking a highly motivated general administration assistant to support a 5-person team in Fulbourn. This is a three-month opportunity starting in July with interviews commencing the week of May 27th. Initially, the position will be for 25 hours per week, increasing to 36 hours from mid-August. The working week will be across 5 days, with start and finish times to be discussed during the interview.
As the general administration assistant, you will cover peak season orders and have a variety of duties, including creating new shipping accounts and amending existing customer accounts for deliveries, covering telephones and passing on messages, providing general admin support, and monitoring emails. The main system used is SAP, but full training will be provided.
