Location: Hatton Garden, London

Salary: 25k-35k, depending on experience
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's Diamond & Jewellery division in Hatton Garden. This role is integral to ensuring the timely shipment and receipt of goods, providing quotes and invoices, and generating leads to meet both Company and customer requirements on a local and international scale.
Day-to-day of the role:
Select appropriate shipping routes to maximise efficiency and security.
Provide accurate quotes to customers and make airline bookings.
Ensure correct documentation is generated to comply with customs regimes.
Liaise with UK departments and overseas stations to ensure shipments are correctly packaged and secured.
Process import/export charges and generate custom entries.
Maintain high levels of customer service and liaise with local and international customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, ideally in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or a back-office retail environment.
Experience liaising with local and international customers, providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Competent in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a broad audience.
Desirable: Experience in shipping of airfreight.
Desirable: Good working knowledge of UK Customs regulations.
