Job Description - Customer Service Representative
MEM Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Representative role is an office-based role, working full time 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
This role is key to providing customer service support to ensuring service delivery and operational excellence is achieved daily, by working in collaboration with our clients offering flexible customized solutions to help them.
Responsibilities:
Investigating and resolving customers complaints via telephone, email and web chat.
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Checking the product availability and providing the information about the products.
Tracking customers orders and raising investigations with the delivery company, when necessary.
Keeping records of customers interactions.
Escalating inquiries to the appropriate agent, when necessary.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the best service is provided.
Passing customers feedback to appropriate teams.
Skills and experience:
Minimum of 5 A-C GCSEs or equivalent.
Previous experience is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
Good comprehension skills - ability to understand the issues customers present.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Work successfully in a team environment.
Ability to work calmly under stress situations.
IT literate.

Job Type: Temp to perm after 6 weeks
Work pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with the occasional shift on the weekend
Rate: £11.65
