Planet Pharma are supporting a client based in Milton Keynes assisting them with the search for a Customer Service Advisor for an initial 6+ month project requiring 2 days per week on site in Milton Keynes (3 days from home).
Summary: In this role, you will provide a high quality, professional support to the team who provide service in relation to enquiries, requests for information, complaints and orders coming into the company via telephone, email and other means.
Requirements: 2+ years in a customer service / administrative role SAP experience highly desirable Experience supporting finance teams with administrative tasks highly desirable Computer literacy
