Customer Service Representative

Consumer Additions are partnered with a sportswear fashion brand based in Central London recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join the team in a pivotal role at an exciting stage.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives great service; handling email requests and resolving issues with internal teams and service providers.

The role is full-time and based in London about 5 minutes' walk from Waterloo station. The team is fully office-based; a young, dynamic company that feel strongly that daily face-to-face communication and interaction is essential at this stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Communicating directly with customers using customer support platform, Gorgias, to ensure customer questions and comments are responded to quickly and to high standards
Identifying and addressing customer needs, with the goal of total satisfaction
Providing expert answers to questions about products and availability, presenting the value of the brand to customers
Assisting in the creation of customer orders
Following company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision
Recommending improvements to company processes for efficiency

Key Skills/Experience Required
Enthusiastic about delivering a world-class customer experience
At least 1 years’ experience working in a similar role within an ecommerce company
A good listener with natural empathy
Self-starter with the ability to use initiative and problem-solve
Experience in dealing with back-end website (Shopify) and order management systems
Real attention to detail
Very strong written communication skills
Ability to deal with a varied and sometimes heavy workload
Willingness to get stuck into tasks which might not fall under your remit
