**Customer Service Representative – Milton Keynes – Global Construction Company**
We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.
We are looking for someone to act as a customer services account manager to deal with a number of their accounts across the UK.
Role:
You will be responsible for;
Full ownership dealing with all customer queries (phone and email) efficiently and effectively
Ensure accuracy of order processing (SAP), including correct pricing to eliminate any invoice pricing queries
Manage any supply or delivery issues
Maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will;
Previous experience of working within a customer service environment
Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately
Computer literate - Intermediate knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving skills with ability to use own initiative
Experience working with a CRM
Package:
Basic Salary £25,000 (potentially negotiable for the right person)
