This role will see the successful candidate provide a VIP service to all passengers/crew and visitors, ensuring they are given a professional and attentive experience.

The Role:

• Meet and greet all visitors and crew in a professional and attentive manner
• Escort all passengers to the lounge providing a highly effective and efficient service during their arrival and prior to their departure
• Serve refreshments to the crew, ensuring a VIP service at all times
• Ensure that any incidents or accidents are reported to the relevant manager
• Complete daily shift reports and handovers to ensure information is communicated between shifts
• Work on a four on four off basis - two earlies and two lates with shifts being 12 hours
